Information we collect: When you shop with us, book a skin consultation, take our skin quiz, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history. If you take the K2C Skin Quiz, we also collect your quiz answers to recommend the right products. We do not collect payment card details directly - payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

How we use your information: We use your information to process and deliver your orders, respond to your enquiries, send order and shipping updates, recommend skincare based on your quiz results, and (only if you've opted in) send you marketing emails or WhatsApp messages about new products, restocks, and promotions. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with: We share only what's needed to fulfil your order - your delivery details with our courier partner to deliver your parcel, and payment information with our payment processors to complete your transaction. We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law.
