ETUDE 0.2 Therapy Air Mask Ceramide 20ml

Reinforce Your Barrier, One Breathable Sheet at a Time
If your skin is feeling tight, dry, or reactive lately, that's usually your skin barrier asking for help — not more actives. The Etude House 0.2 Therapy Air Mask – Ceramide is built for exactly that moment: a fast, single-use sheet mask that floods the skin with moisture while feeding it Ceramide NP, one of the lipids your barrier needs to hold onto hydration and keep irritants out.
At just 0.2mm thin, the sheet sits close to the skin so the essence absorbs quickly rather than sitting on the surface — 10–15 minutes and you're done.
Why K2C Recommends It
- Barrier-first, not actives-first. Following the skin STATE approach we use across K2C, this is a repair step — ideal before layering on retinoids, exfoliating acids, or vitamin C, especially if your barrier is already under strain.
- Deep, fast hydration. The thin sheet format is designed to deliver essence efficiently rather than evaporate on the skin's surface.
- Low-commitment way to try ceramides. A single sheet mask is an easy, affordable way to test how your skin responds to ceramide-forward hydration before committing to a full ceramide moisturiser or serum.
Key Ingredient: Ceramide NP
Ceramides are lipids naturally found in the outer layer of skin, and they make up a large share of what holds your skin barrier together. When that barrier is compromised — from over-exfoliation, harsh weather, active ingredients, or just dehydration — skin can feel tight, flaky, or more reactive than usual. This mask's essence is formulated around Ceramide NP, alongside supporting ingredients like sodium hyaluronate (hydration), centella asiatica extract, and licorice root extract (soothing).
A note on suitability: the formula also contains several botanical/essential-oil-derived ingredients (including a fragrance allergen, limonene). It is not a fragrance-free formula. If you have very reactive or fragrance-sensitive skin, we'd recommend a patch test first — this isn't the mask to reach for mid-flare-up, but it suits most dry, dehydrated, or barrier-stressed skin well.
Who It's For
- Dry or dehydrated skin looking for a quick moisture boost
- Anyone doing a barrier-repair "skin reset" between actives
- First-time sheet mask users wanting a lightweight, quick-absorbing format
- Not recommended: actively flaring, broken, or fragrance-reactive skin — patch test first
How to Use
1. Cleanse and tone as usual.
2. Unfold the sheet and place it over your face, aligning the eye, nose, and mouth cutouts.
3. Smooth out air bubbles and leave on for 10–15 minutes.
4. Remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence into your skin — no need to rinse.
5. Follow with your regular moisturiser to seal everything in.
Tip: keep it in the fridge for an extra cooling, de-puffing effect on tired or irritated skin.

FAQ
Can I use this mask every day?
It's gentle enough for regular use, but most people get great results using it 2–3 times a week, or whenever skin feels particularly dry or reactive.
Does it help with a damaged skin barrier?
Ceramides are one of the key building blocks of a healthy barrier, so this mask is a good supporting step — but a genuinely compromised barrier usually needs a fuller barrier-repair routine (gentle cleanser, ceramide moisturiser, SPF, and a break from actives), not a sheet mask alone.
Is this mask fragrance-free?
No — the formula contains botanical and fragrance-derived ingredients. If you have known fragrance sensitivities, patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before using on your face.
What order does this go in my routine?
Cleanse → tone → sheet mask → pat in essence → moisturiser → SPF (AM only).
