Weekly (1-2x/week, non-retinal night): BIODANCE Caviar PDRN Mask, after cleansing and before essence.

Getting started: ease in gradually — start the retinal serum 1-2x a week and build up to alternate nights over the first couple of weeks. Fully emulsify and rinse the cleansing balm each time to avoid residue under your actives. Not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding as-is (retinal) — check with your doctor if this applies to you.
