Shipping & Delivery

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with most orders leaving our warehouse within 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. This excludes pre-order items, limited releases, and high-volume sale periods, which may require additional handling time. Orders placed over weekends are processed from the next business day.

We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa using express courier services.

• Major cities: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days

• Regional & outlying areas: Delivery may take 3–5 business days

Delivery fees:

• Orders under R1,000: R90 flat-rate courier fee

• Orders R1,000 and above: Free courier delivery

Please provide a weekday delivery address where someone is available between 08:00 and 17:00 to receive your parcel. Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day, excluding public holidays.
